目的：探讨强直性脊柱炎的X线及 CT表现。方法收集98例强直性脊柱炎患者的 X线及CT资料。结果92例有骶髂关节表现异常，包括：早期关节面侵蚀、骨皮质局限性增厚、硬化，关节间隙正常；后期关节面呈虫蚀样改变，关节面皮质密度不规则增高，关节间隙增宽或变窄，最终关节间隙消失，骨性强直；其中12例髋关节、骶髂关节及腰椎均有不同程度异常。结论 X线及CT检查已成为诊断强直性脊柱炎的重要途径。
목적：탐토강직성척주염적X선급 CT표현。방법수집98례강직성척주염환자적 X선급CT자료。결과92례유저가관절표현이상，포괄：조기관절면침식、골피질국한성증후、경화，관절간극정상；후기관절면정충식양개변，관절면피질밀도불규칙증고，관절간극증관혹변착，최종관절간극소실，골성강직；기중12례관관절、저가관절급요추균유불동정도이상。결론 X선급CT검사이성위진단강직성척주염적중요도경。
Objective To investigate the X-ray and CT imaging of ankylosing spondylitis. Methods X-ray and CT data of 98 patients with ankylosing spondylitis were collected and analyzed. Re-sults Sacroiliac joints in 92 cases were abnormal:in early stage,articular face was affected and the bone cortex incrassated and osteosclerosis partly,joint space was normal;in late stage,vermiform de-struction of bone was seen in articular face,the density of cortex was heighten irregular,joint space wid-en or narrow,and at last the joint space vanished,the joint ankylosed. Among them,the 12 cases of hip,sacroiliac joints and lumbar vertebra were abnormal. Conclusions X-ray and CT imaging diagnosis of ankylosing spondylitis is an important way .
