131 I%TGAb%TPOAb%Hyperthyroidism
目的:对131碘治疗Graves甲状腺功能亢进(以下简称甲亢)患者后甲状腺球蛋白抗体( TGAb)、甲状腺过氧化物酶抗体( TPOAb)变化的意义进行分析与探讨。方法选取2012年7月至2013年6月在山西医科大学第三医院接受治疗的 Graves 甲亢患者100例,并在治疗前与采用131碘进行3、6、12个月的治疗后对患者血清TGAb、TPOAb进行检测。依照临床转归具体情况将患者分为复发组、甲状腺功能减低组及正常组。结果对患者进行相应治疗后,复发组与甲状腺功能减低组患者TGAb、TPOAb检测值明显高于正常组,差异有统计学意义( P﹤0.05)。结论对患者血清TGAb、TPOAb浓度进行检测对131碘对Graves甲亢的治疗存在非常重要的指导意义。

목적:대131전치료Graves갑상선공능항진(이하간칭갑항)환자후갑상선구단백항체( TGAb)、갑상선과양화물매항체( TPOAb)변화적의의진행분석여탐토。방법선취2012년7월지2013년6월재산서의과대학제삼의원접수치료적 Graves 갑항환자100례,병재치료전여채용131전진행3、6、12개월적치료후대환자혈청TGAb、TPOAb진행검측。의조림상전귀구체정황장환자분위복발조、갑상선공능감저조급정상조。결과대환자진행상응치료후,복발조여갑상선공능감저조환자TGAb、TPOAb검측치명현고우정상조,차이유통계학의의( P﹤0.05)。결론대환자혈청TGAb、TPOAb농도진행검측대131전대Graves갑항적치료존재비상중요적지도의의。
Objective To analyze and investigate the significance of the change of TGAb and TPOAb in Graves hyperthyroidism patients after 131 I treatment. Methods One hundred Graves hyperthy-roidism patients treated in the third hospital of Shanxi medical university from July 2012 to June 2013 were selected,and the serum TGAb and TPOAb levels were tested before treatment and 3,6 and 12 months after 131 I treatment. And the patients were divided into recurrence group,hypothyroidism group and normal group in accordance with clinical outcome. Results After treatment,the levels of TGAb and TPOAb in recurrence group and hypothyroidism group were significantly higher than those in nor-mal group,the differences were significant(P﹤0. 05). Conclusions Detection of the levels of se-rum TGAb and TPOAb has very important guiding significance in 131 I treatment for Graves hyperthy-roidism.
