目的:探讨手术室锐利器械传递器清洗方法的效果,提高清洗质量。方法选择手术室内使用后污染的锐利器械传递器2880件分为3组,A组采用传统手工清洗方法清洗,B组采用全自动清洗机清洗,C组采用手工刷洗﹢全自动清洗机清洗,并以目测法、ATP荧光法检测等两种检测方法比较3种方法的清洗效果。结果以A组清洗方法最差,两种检测方法显示清洗效果合格率分别为68.75%、52.5%;B组清洗方法的清洗效果合格率分别为82.5%、80.0%;C组清洗方法最优,清洗效果合格率分别为98.75%、95%。结论使用后器械的清洁质量与清洗方法密切相关,采用人工刷洗﹢全自动清洗机清洗法效果好,可有效保证清洁质量。

Objective To discuss the effect of cleaning methods of operating room sharp instruments conveyer so as to improve the quality of cleaning. Methods 2 880 polluted sharp instrument conveyers used in operating room were selected and divided into three groups. In group A, the conveyers were cleaned by traditional manual cleaning. In group B, the conveyers were cleaned by full-automatic cleaning machine. In group C, the conveyers were cleaned by manual cleaning combined with full-automatic cleaning machine. The effects of three groups were compared by visual method and ATP fluorescence detection. Results The cleaning method of group A was the worst, showed by the two detection methods, the qualified rate of cleaning was 68.75% and 52.5%, respectively; The qualified rate of cleaning of group B was 82.5% and 80.0%, respectively; The cleaning method of group C was the best; The qualified rate of cleaning of group C was 98.75% and 95%, respectively. Conclusion The cleaning quality of the used surgical instruments is closely related to the cleaning method. The effect of manual cleaning combined with full-automatic cleaning machine is good, which can effectively guarantee the quality of cleaning.
