目的：探讨腺样体切除术联合桉柠蒎胶囊治疗分泌性中耳炎的临床疗效。方法选择门诊分泌性中耳炎患者104例，采用随机对照分组试验，其中治疗组52例，对照组52例，治疗组采用腺样体切除、术常规治疗基础上加用桉柠蒎胶囊，对照组单服腺样体切除术以及常规治疗。结果治疗组的总有效率为88.5%(46/52)，对照组的总有效率为73.1%(38/52)，两组比较差异有统计学意义（χ2=3.96,P<0.05），两组均未见明显不良反应。结论腺样体切除术联合桉柠蒎胶囊治疗分泌性中耳炎是一种疗效显著的治疗方案。
목적：탐토선양체절제술연합안저파효낭치료분비성중이염적림상료효。방법선택문진분비성중이염환자104례，채용수궤대조분조시험，기중치료조52례，대조조52례，치료조채용선양체절제、술상규치료기출상가용안저파효낭，대조조단복선양체절제술이급상규치료。결과치료조적총유효솔위88.5%(46/52)，대조조적총유효솔위73.1%(38/52)，량조비교차이유통계학의의（χ2=3.96,P<0.05），량조균미견명현불량반응。결론선양체절제술연합안저파효낭치료분비성중이염시일충료효현저적치료방안。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of adenoidectomy combined with eucalyptus capsule in the treatment of pa-tients with secretory otitis media. Methods 104 cases of clinic patients with secretory otitis media were selected. A randomized controlled trial was adopted, and the patients were randomly divided into treatment group with 52 patients and control group with 52 patients. The patients in both groups were given adenoidectomy and preoperative conventional treatment. The patients in treat-ment group were added eucalyptus capsule. Results The total effective rate in treatment group and control group was 88.5% (46/52) and 73.1%(38/52), respectively, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (χ2=3.96, P<0.05). Both groups had no obvious adverse reactions. Conclusion Adenoidectomy combined with eucalyptus capsule treatment is a therapeutic regimen with significant clinical efficacy for patients with secretory otitis media.
