目的：探讨视频脑电图（VEEG）监测在儿童非癫痫性发作（NES）诊断中的意义。方法本院神经康复科脑电图室对429例因发作性事件就诊患儿的临床资料及VEEG进行回顾性分析。结果121例患儿确诊NES ，其中躯体性NES 109例（90.08％），心因性NES为12例（14.29％）。结论 VEEG在儿童NES的诊断中是一种非常重要的辅助检查项目。

목적：탐토시빈뇌전도（VEEG）감측재인동비전간성발작（NES）진단중적의의。방법본원신경강복과뇌전도실대429례인발작성사건취진환인적림상자료급VEEG진행회고성분석。결과121례환인학진NES ，기중구체성NES 109례（90.08％），심인성NES위12례（14.29％）。결론 VEEG재인동NES적진단중시일충비상중요적보조검사항목。
Objective To explore the diagnostic significance of video-EEG (vidio electroencephalography ,VEEG) monito-ring in children with non-epileptic seizure disorders (nonepileptic seizures ,NES). Methods Totally 429 cases of children trea-ted due to paroxysmal events and their VEEG clinical data were retrospectively analyzed ,which derived from EEG room of neu-rological rehabilitation department from November 2011 to April 2013 period.Results One hundred and twenty-one cases of children were diagnosed with NES. Among them ,somatic NES accounted for 109 cases (90.08% ):the most common non-epi-leptic tonic seizures was 33 cases (accounting for 27.27% );followed by sleep disorders (32 cases ,accounting for 26.45% ) , including sleep myoclonus (28 cases ,accounting for 23.14% ). Psychogenic NES was 12 cases (14.29% ) ,which the most common was emotional behavioral disorders(6 cases ,accounting for 4.96% ).Conclusion VEEG is a very important auxiliary inspection items in the diagnosis of NES in children.
