目的：探讨应用单极延长电刀（手术室普通电刀刀头上焊接金属导丝延长刀头）在输尿管肿物及息肉切除过程中效果。方法应用单极延长电刀切除输尿管息肉及输尿管肿瘤15例，输尿管息肉11例，输尿管肿瘤4例。结果息肉及输尿管肿瘤切除成功率均为100%。结论单极延长电刀治疗输尿管息肉及肿瘤的优势主要体现为准确的操作，清晰的视野，清楚的界限，低廉的价格，其疗效明显优于钬激光，是一种值得推广和应用的方法。
목적：탐토응용단겁연장전도（수술실보통전도도두상한접금속도사연장도두）재수뇨관종물급식육절제과정중효과。방법응용단겁연장전도절제수뇨관식육급수뇨관종류15례，수뇨관식육11례，수뇨관종류4례。결과식육급수뇨관종류절제성공솔균위100%。결론단겁연장전도치료수뇨관식육급종류적우세주요체현위준학적조작，청석적시야，청초적계한，저렴적개격，기료효명현우우화격광，시일충치득추엄화응용적방법。
Objective To investigate the treatment effect of unipolar extended electric knife (operating room ordinary electric knife head weld metal guide wire to extend the head) on resection of ureteral lesions and polyps. Methods From August, 2003 to Octo-ber, 2012,we applied unipolar extended electric knife to remove ureteral polyps and ureteral tumors in 15 cases, ureteral polyps in 11 cases and ureteral tumors in 4 cases. Results The success rates of resection of polyps and ureteral tumors were all 100%. Conclusion Unipolar extended electric knife in the treatment of ureteral polyps and tumors mainly has the advantages such as ac-curate operation, clear vision and boundary and low price, its effect is much better than that of holmium laser, therefore, it is a method worthy of popularization and application.
