目的：分析早期创伤性血胸患者采用采用中心静脉导管置管治疗的临床效果。方法随机选择该院收治的54例早期创伤性血胸患者，分成对照组与观察组，对照组给予普通胸管引流治疗，观察组给予中心静脉导管置管引流治疗，对比两组患者完成治疗后的疼痛程度与效果。结果观察组患者总有效率为92.6%，对照组患者总有效率为74.1%，观察组患者术后疼痛指数明显低于对照组，两组患者数据对比差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论早期创伤性血胸患者采用中心静脉导管置管引流治疗，具有较小痛苦、较好治疗效果、较小创伤等优势，具有极大的临床意义。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of central venous catheter therapy on patients with early traumatic hemothorax. Methods 54 cases of patients with early traumatic hemothorax admitted in our hospital from 2010 to 2012 were randomly selected and divided into the control group and the observation group. The control group was given ordinary chest tube drainage treatment, and the observation group was given central venous catheter drainage treatment. The pain degree and effect after treatment of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the patients in the observation group was 92.6%, and that of the pa-tients in the control group was 74.1%; the postoperative pain index of the patients in the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion For patients with early traumatic hemothorax, central venous catheter drainage treatment has the advantages of less pain, better treatment effect and smaller trauma, which is of great clinical significance.
