目的:观察芬太尼用于糖尿病患者术后静脉自控镇痛的疗效,并探讨其相关护理方法。方法选取2011年8月-2013年7月于该院进行手术治疗的80例糖尿病患者为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组(常规干预组)40例和观察组(芬太尼组)40例,将两组患者均进行针对性护理,然后将两组术后不同时间的VAS评分及干预前后的血糖、糖化血红蛋白水平进行比较。结果观察组术后12 h、24 h及48 h的轻度疼痛比例分别为62.50%、75.00%和87.50%,均好于对照组,P均<0.05,而两组干预前后的血糖、糖化血红蛋白水平则差异无统计学意义,P均>0.05,且两组患者均对护理满意。结论芬太尼用于糖尿病患者术后静脉自控镇痛的疗效较好,并应同时给予针对性护理。

목적:관찰분태니용우당뇨병환자술후정맥자공진통적료효,병탐토기상관호리방법。방법선취2011년8월-2013년7월우해원진행수술치료적80례당뇨병환자위연구대상,장기수궤분위대조조(상규간예조)40례화관찰조(분태니조)40례,장량조환자균진행침대성호리,연후장량조술후불동시간적VAS평분급간예전후적혈당、당화혈홍단백수평진행비교。결과관찰조술후12 h、24 h급48 h적경도동통비례분별위62.50%、75.00%화87.50%,균호우대조조,P균<0.05,이량조간예전후적혈당、당화혈홍단백수평칙차이무통계학의의,P균>0.05,차량조환자균대호리만의。결론분태니용우당뇨병환자술후정맥자공진통적료효교호,병응동시급여침대성호리。
Objective To observe the effect of fentanyl in the postoperative patient-controlled intravenous analgesia of patients with diabetes mellitus, and investigate the related nursing method. Methods 80 patients with diabetes mellitus who were treated with operation in our hospital from August, 2011 to July, 2013 were selected as the research object, and they were randomly divid-ed into control group(routine intervention group)of 40 cases and observation group(fentanyl group)of 40 cases, and the two groups were all taken care with targeted nursing. Then the VAS score at different time after the operation and blood glucose, glycosylated hemoglobin before and after the intervention of two groups were compared. Results The mild pain rate of the observation group at 12h, 24h and 48h after the operation was respectively 62.50%,75.00% and 87.50%, and which was better than that of the control group, respectively, all P<0.05; while the blood glucose, glycosylated hemoglobin of two groups before and after the intervention had no obvious differences,all P>0.05,and the two groups of patients were satisfactory with the nursing. Conclusion The effect of fentanyl in the postoperative patient-controlled intravenous analgesia of patients with diabetes mellitus is better, and meanwhile the patients should be given targeted nursing.
