目的:探讨磷酸肌酸钠治疗新生儿心肌损伤的临床分析。方法选择2011年12月-2013年9月,该院儿科收治的79例新生儿心肌损伤患儿随机分为试验组40例和对照组39例,两组均采取相同的治疗方案,试验组在相同治疗方案基础上加用注射用磷酸肌酸钠,比较两组治疗前后心肌酶谱、ECG变化。结果磷酸肌酸钠治疗7 d后患儿心肌酶谱[肌酸激酶( CK)424.1±61.1肌酸激酶同工酶( CK-MB)45.0±23.9乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)238±135羟丁酸脱氢酶( HBDH)67.5±141.2]较之前均有明显下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),试验组显效率65.0%和总有效率90%均高于对照组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论磷酸肌酸钠治疗新生儿心肌损伤疗效显著,且能对新生儿心肌损伤具有保护、促进心肌组织及心功能恢复的作用,值得临床推广。

Objective To explore the clinical curative effect of creatine phosphate sodium in the treatment of myocardial damage in newborns. Methods 79 neonates with newborn's myocardial damage admitted in Department of Pediatrics of our hospital from December, 2011 to December, 2013 were selected and randomly divided into the experimental group (n=40) and the control group (n=39). Both groups were given the same therapeutic regimen, in addition, the experimental group was given creatine phosphate sodium for injection. The changes of myocardial enzyme spectrum and ECG before and after the treatment of the two groups were compared. Results After 7 days of treatment, the children's myocardial enzyme spectrum [(creatine kinase(CK) 424.1±61.1, crea-tine kinase isoenzyme(CK-MB) 45.0±23.9, lactate dehydrogenase(LDH) 238±135, hydroxybutyrate dehydrogenase( HBDH) 67.5± 141.2]decreased significantly as compare with that before treatment (P<0.05);the marked improvement rate and the total effective rate of the experimental group was 65.0%and 90%, respectively, which was higher than that of the control group, respectively (P<0.05). Conclusion Creatine phosphate sodium has significant effect in treatment of newborn's myocardial damage, which can pro-tect the newborn's myocardial damage, promote the recovery of myocardial tissue and cardiac function, and is worthy of clinical promotion.
