目的：探讨泌尿外科腹腔镜手术并发症的原因分析及预防措施。方法2005年1月至2012年12月共400例泌尿外科腹腔镜手术，总结其并发症的种类与例数，分析并发症发生的原因及合理的预防措施。结果400例手术中共出现并发症43例，占10.75%，其中有7例属于较严重的并发症，占1.75%。术中出现并发症的患者术后住院时间平均12.5 d，比无并发症者住院时间（7.0 d）长，差异有统计学意义（P﹤0.05）。结论通过操作训练熟悉腹膜后腔镜及腹腔镜下的解剖结构，学习和实践了解掌握腹腔镜手术并发症的各种特点，可以在一定程度上减少泌尿外科腹腔镜手术并发症的发生。
목적：탐토비뇨외과복강경수술병발증적원인분석급예방조시。방법2005년1월지2012년12월공400례비뇨외과복강경수술，총결기병발증적충류여례수，분석병발증발생적원인급합리적예방조시。결과400례수술중공출현병발증43례，점10.75%，기중유7례속우교엄중적병발증，점1.75%。술중출현병발증적환자술후주원시간평균12.5 d，비무병발증자주원시간（7.0 d）장，차이유통계학의의（P﹤0.05）。결론통과조작훈련숙실복막후강경급복강경하적해부결구，학습화실천료해장악복강경수술병발증적각충특점，가이재일정정도상감소비뇨외과복강경수술병발증적발생。
Objective To investigate the causes and preventive measures of complications of laparoscopic opera-tion in the Department of Urology. Methods From January 2005 to December 2012,a total of 400 cases of laparoscopic operation in Department of Urology,kinds and number of cases of complications was summarized,and the causes of the complication and preventive measures were analyzed. Results Among the 400 cases of operation,the complications oc-curred in 43 cases,accounting for 10. 75% of the total number,in which more serious complications of 7 cases,accounting for 1. 75% of the total number. The postoperative hospitalization time of patients with an average of 12. 5 d,those without complications prolonged hospitalization(7 d),there was significance difference(P﹤0. 05). Conclusions The operation training,thus familiar with the anatomy of retroperitoneal laparoscopic and laparoscopic,through study and practice to un-derstand the various features of the complications of laparoscopic operation of the master,can reduce the complications of laparoscopic operation occurred in Department of Urology in a certain extent.
