诸多证据表明载脂蛋白E(ApoE)对阿尔茨海默病(AD)患者脑内β-淀粉样蛋白(Aβ)沉积有重要影响，ApoE被认为是AD的病理性伴侣蛋白，备受神经精神疾病研究领域的关注。其中ApoEε4为AD的主要易感基因，而ApoEε2可能有保护作用，但至今大多限于描述性研究，而分析性研究包括发病危险因素和干预性研究很少，且其分子机制及疾病的渐进过程仍未完全明确，有待于进一步探索。本文归纳总结近年ApoE与AD相关的临床研究，进一步明确二者在分子机制和试验结果中的联系，阐明ApoE将为AD的预防和治疗带来新的契机。面对社会人口老龄化的到来，如何预防及治疗AD将成为当务之急。

There are numerous evidences indicated that ApoE has a significant influence to AD who has Aβ deposi-tion in brain. ApoE is known as a kind of chaperonin with AD pathological, and it is pay close attention to domain of neurological and psychotic disorders. ApoE ε4 is a primary susceptibility gene of AD, and ApoE ε2 possiblely has protective effect but so far mostly researches are confined to descriptive. Analytic researches include of risk factors in attack and intervention studies are rarely. The molecule mechanism and the course of morbid progressive are still not entirely clear, and need to subject further explore. The text summarizes the clinical researches in ApoE and AD, which further clear the relation of both in molecular mechanism and test results, and illustrating ApoE will bring about a new moment of prevention and treatment of AD. Facing the arrival of aging of population society, how to prevent and treat-ment AD will be an urgent affair.
