本文介绍了移动护理信息系统在临床开发应用的效果及存在问题。移动护理信息系统在西安交通大学第二附属医院进行了一年多的开发和应用，在保证患者安全、优化护理工作流程、提高工作效率、护理质量及护理管理效能等方面有着积极的意义。但同时也存在PDA本身性能的不足、无线网络的稳定性不够、护士使用的满意度有待于提高、缺乏临床完整的控制和评价体系及使用的安全性等问题，需要在临床开发应用中不断改进和完善。

This paper introduces the effect and limitations of mobile nursing information system application in clinic. Mobile nursing information system has been applied in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Xi'an Jiaotong University for more than 1 year. There are significant improvement in patient safety, optimizing of nursing process, improvement of productivity, nursing quality and nursing management efficiency. However, there are still some limitations that need to be improved, including the function of PDA, the stable issues of wireless network, the satisfied feedback from nurses, comprehensive control and evaluation system, and the safety of using PDA in clinic.
