目的:探讨同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)和超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)作为心血管疾病的常规筛查指标,在正常人群健康体检中的意义。方法选择2012年6~12月在北京军区总医院体检中心接收健康体检者512例为体检组,另取100份正常健康人混合血清为正常对照组,均进行Hcy和hs-CRP的测定。结果①正常对照组Hcy值为(9.2±0.4)μmol/L,hs-CRP值为(0.58±0.04)mg/L。②体检组血清Hcy值为(12.2±2.5)μmol/L,高于正常对照组混合血清Hcy值,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);其中有60例高于正常值,异常率为11.7%。③体检组血清hs-CRP值为(0.87±0.32)mg/L,与正常对照组混合血清hs-CRP值比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);其中93例高于正常值,异常率为18.1%。④血清Hcy及hs-CRP同时检测的ACVD检出率为30.0%,高于单纯Hcy检测的23.3%和单纯hs-CRP检测的15.1%。结论无论Hcy还是hs-CRP,在对动脉粥样硬化性心血管疾病进行诊断、评估时都是独立的指标,二者同时进行检测意义更大。

Objective To discuss the significance of homocysteine (Hcy) and high sensitivity C-reactive protein (hs-CRP) in medical examination of healthy people as the routine determined index. Methods 512 cases of medical exami-nation people in Physical Examination Center of the General Hospital of Beijing Military Command from June to De-cember 2012 were selected as examination group. 100 cases of normal healthy people were chose as normal control group. The Hcy and hs-CRP were all measured in all the cases. Results ①The Hcy and hs-CRP in normal control group was (9.2±0.4)μmol/L and (0.58±0.04) mg/L respectively.②The Hcy in examination group was (12.2±2.5)μmol/L, it was higher than that in normal control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05);there were 60 cases of higher than normal in examination group, the abnormal rate was 11.7%. ③The hs-CRP in examination group was (0.87±0.32) mg/L, compared with normal control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05);there were 93 cases of higher than normal in examination group, the abnormal rate was 18.1%.④The ACVD detection rate by simul-taneous detection of Hcy and hs-CRP was 30.0%, it was higher than that of simple detection of Hcy (23.3%) or hs-CRP (15.1%). Conclusion The Hcy or hs-CRP are the independent indicators for diagnosis and evaluation of the atheroscle-rotic diseases. The significance is bigger by simultaneous detection of Hcy and hs-CRP.
