目的:研究临床信息对于影像学医生CT报告的临床影响。方法收集2013年1月-2013年10月该院行头部、胸腹部以及盆腔CT扫描检查的患者142例,采用盲法阅片和CT报告,分析CT报道结果。结果该组142例患者中,57例(40.14%)患者因获取临床信息而导致诊断报告改变,3名医生的CT报告更改率分别为17.86%、17.14%、20.07%,不同医生的报告改变率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);经随访显示有45例(78.95%)临床诊断报告更为准确;另12例(21.05%)报告更改不准确。结论临床信息可导致影像医生的CT报告改变,影像信息结合准确可靠的临床信息有利于提高影像诊断准确率。

Objective To investigate the influence of clinical information on medical CT image report. Methods 142 cases under-went head, chest and abdomen and pelvic CT scan in our hospital between January and October 2013 were collected. The blind reading and CT reports were used to analyze the results of CT report. Results Of the 142 cases in this group, the diagnostic reports of 57 cases (40.14%) were changed due to access to clinical information, the CT report change rate of 3 doctors was 17.86%, 17.14% and 20.07%, respectively, and there was no significant difference in the report change rate between different doctors (P>0.05);the follow-up showed that the clinical diagnostic reports of 45 cases(78.95%) were more accurate;the report change of other 12 cases (21.05%) were inaccurate. Conclusion Clinical information can lead to the changes in CT reports of image doctors, im-age information combined with accurate and reliable clinical information will help to improve the accuracy of imaging diagnosis.
