目的：探讨护理干预在外伤性玻璃体积血行玻璃体切割术中的应用及效果。方法选取了2012年10月-2013年12月该院外伤性玻璃体积血患者共60例采用玻璃体切割术进行治疗，同时在治疗过程中给予全面的护理干预，护理后通过调查问卷对患者护理满意度进行统计。结果护理前患者的眼压为（13.25±2.44）mmHg，护理后患者的眼压为（17.26±3.83） mmHg，护理后患者眼压较护理前有明显的改善，且数据的比较差异有统计学意义（t=23.213,P＜0.05）。护理前VAS评分为（6.43±2.12）分，护理后VAS评分为（2.45±0.55）分，护理后患者的VAS评分较护理前有明显的降低，差异有统计学意义（t=14.421, P＜0.05），差异有统计学意义。出院时共发放调查问卷60例，收回60例，护理满意度达96.7%。结论在外伤性玻璃体积血患者实施玻璃体切割术过程中辅助护理干预可提高患者的满意度，增强临床治疗效果，降低临床并发症，值得在临床上进行推广和应用。

Objective To investigate the application of nursing intervention in vitrectomy for traumatic vitreous hemorrhage and its effect. Methods 60 cases of patients with traumatic vitreous hemorrhage admitted in our hospital from October 2012 to December 2013 were selected and treated by vitrectomy as well as comprehensive nursing intervention in the course of treatment. And the nursing satisfaction of the patients investigated by the questionnaire was counted. Results Before the nursing, the IOP of the pa-tients was (13.25 ± 2.44) mmHg, after the nursing, that of the patients was (17.26 ± 3.83) mmHg, which was improved significantly compared with that before nursing, and the difference in the data was statistically significant (t=23.213, P<0.05). The VAS score of the patients before nursing was (6.43 ± 2.12) points, after nursing the VAS score was (2.45 ± 0.55) points, which was decreased significantly compared with that before nursing, the difference was statistically significant (t=14.421, P<0.05). 60 questionnaires were distributed when the patients were discharged, and all the 60 questionnaires were taken back, the results of them showed that the nursing satisfaction reached 96.7%. Conclusion Nursing intervention applied to the vitrectomy as adjunctive therapy for pa-tients with traumatic vitreous hemorrhage can improve the patients' nursing satisfaction, enhance the clinical treatment effect, re-duce the clinical complications, which is worthy of popularization and application in clinical practice.
