目的：探讨快速康复外科理念（FTS）应用于胃癌患者围术期护理的效果。方法收集胃癌手术患者118例，随机分为观察组与对照组，各59例，对照组行传统护理模式，观察组行FTS护理模式，比较两组的康复效果。结果观察组的术后排气时间、排便时间、切口愈合时间、住院时间均较对照组明显缩短，术后2周体重降低幅度显著低于对照组（P<0.05）。结论在胃癌患者围术期护理中介入FTS，可促进患者的术后康复，并改善其术后生活质量，值得推广应用。
목적：탐토쾌속강복외과이념（FTS）응용우위암환자위술기호리적효과。방법수집위암수술환자118례，수궤분위관찰조여대조조，각59례，대조조행전통호리모식，관찰조행FTS호리모식，비교량조적강복효과。결과관찰조적술후배기시간、배편시간、절구유합시간、주원시간균교대조조명현축단，술후2주체중강저폭도현저저우대조조（P<0.05）。결론재위암환자위술기호리중개입FTS，가촉진환자적술후강복，병개선기술후생활질량，치득추엄응용。
Objective To explore the application effect of concept of fast track surgery (FTS) in the nursing of patients with gastric cancer during the perioperative period. Methods 118 patients with gastric cancer operation were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 59 cases in each. The control group was given traditional nursing mode, and the ob-servation group was given FTS nursing. And the rehabilitation effects of the two groups were compared. Results The postoperative exhaust time, defecation time, wound healing time, and hospital stay of the observation group were significantly shorter than those of the control group, the weight reduction 2 weeks after the operation was obviously lower than that of the control group ( P<0.05). Conclusion FTS applied to the nursing of gastric cancer patients during the perioperative period, can promote the rehabilitation of the patients, improve their postoperative quality of life, which is worthy of popularization and application.
