目的:探讨临床护理路径在骨科患者健康教肓中的应用及效果。方法通过对2011年3月-2014年3月在该院骨科进行治疗的130例患者,随机分组,对照组和实验组患者均为65例,其中实验组的患者运用临床护理路径对患者开展健康教育,对照组患者仅给予常规健康教育。观察比较两组患者满意度、并发症发生率、住院时间、治愈率、疾病知识、用药指导、心理干预、饮食和运动情况。结果实验组患者满意度为95.28%明显高于对照组患者,并发症发生率为6.15%较对照组患者明显降低(P<0.05);实验组患者住院时间为(14.47±3.26)d较对照组患者明显缩短,治愈率为92.31%较对照组患者明显升高(P<0.05);实验组患者疾病知识、用药指导、心理干预、饮食及运动等疾病知识知晓率明显高于对照组患者(P<0.05)。结论针对骨科患者运用临床护理路径开展健康教育,可有效提高护理效果和患者的满意度,缩短住院时间,降低并发症发生率,提高患者健康知识知晓率。临床护理路径在骨科患者健康教育中有着十分重要的临床意义,临床值得推广应用。

Objective To investigate the application of clinical nursing pathway in the health education for orthopedic patients and evaluate its effect. Methods 130 patients treated in Department of Orthopedics of our hospital from March 2011 to March 2014 were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group with 65 patients in each. Patients in the experimental group were given health education through clinical nursing pathway, and patients in the control group were only given conventional health education. The patient satisfaction, incidence of complications, length of stay, cure rate, knowledge about disease, medica-tion guide, psychological intervention, diet and exercise conditions of two groups of patients were observed and compared. Results The patient satisfaction of the experimental group was 95.28%, significantly higher than that of the control group, the incidence of complications was 6.15%, obviously lower than that of the control group (P<0.05);the length of stay of the experimental group was (14.47 ±3.26)d, significantly shorter than that of the control group, the cure rate of the experimental group was 92.31%, obviously higher than that of the control group (P<0.05), the awareness rate of knowledge about disease, medication guide, psychological in-tervention, diet, exercise and so on was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion For orthopedic pa-tients, health education carried out through clinical nursing pathway can effectively improve the effect of nursing and patient satis-faction, shorten the length of stay, reduce the incidence of complications, and increase the awareness rate of health knowledge. Clinical nursing pathway has very important significance in the health education for orthopedic patients, and it is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
