目的:观察p85α基因在卵巢癌组织中的表达,探讨其与卵巢癌发生的关系及用于卵巢癌的早期诊断与治疗的临床意义。方法选取检测卵巢癌组织(66例)、癌旁组织(66例)及正常卵巢组织(17例)三个不同组织作为检测对象,采用免疫组化检测技术检测p85α基因表达产物及探讨p85α基因表达与卵巢癌临床特征的关系。结果 p85α基因在卵巢癌组织、癌旁组织、正常卵巢组织中的表达率分别为68.2%、59.1%、11.8%,即为该基因在卵巢癌组织中与癌旁组织、正常卵巢组织相比都较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),p85α基因表达与卵巢癌的发病年龄关系差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),而与不同的临床分期、淋巴结的转移情况比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 PI3K p85α基因的异常表达可以作为卵巢癌早期诊断和判断其生物学特性的指标。

Objective To observe the expression of p85α gene in ovarian cancer tissues and explore its relationship with the oc-currence of ovarian cancer and its clinical significance for the early diagnosis and treatment of ovarian cancer. Methods We chose ovarian cancer tissues (66 cases), ovarian cancer adjacent tissues (66 cases) and normal ovarian tissues (17 cases), three different kinds of tissues as the detection objects. Immunohistochemical technique was used to detect p85α gene expression. The relation-ship between p85α gene expression and the clinical features of ovarian cancer was investigated. Results The expression rate of p85α gene in ovarian cancer tissues, ovarian adjacent cancer tissues and normal ovarian tissues was 68.2%, 59.1%, 11.8%, re-spectively, the expression rate of p85α gene in ovarian cancer tissues was higher than that in the ovarian adjacent cancer tissues and normal ovarian tissues, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05);p85αgene expression had no significant correlation with the age of onset of ovarian cancer (P>0.05), but in clinical stage and lymph node metastasis there was statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion The abnormal expression of PI3K p85α genes can be used as the indicator for early diagnosis of ovarian cancer and determination of its biological characteristics.
