通过对森吉米尔轧机控制程序上的改进和优化,提高了秒流量控制功能。根据该控制程序在现场实际应用的情况,设计了1种基于轧制状态下动态选择 AGC控制策略的程序,并成功应用于现场机组,提高了轧机的厚度控制精度。改进后,该森吉米尔轧机轧制出的成品厚度的标准差由原来的1.7μm 控制到0.4μm以内,厚度偏差在5μm内的合格率提高到99%以上,显著提高了生产管理和质量管理的能力。

Through the improvement and optimization of original equipment's control program,the mass flow control function of original Sendzimir mill has been optimized. According to the actual application situation of the control program,a program which can dynamically select AGC control strategy based on the rolling status has been pro-posed and designed.This program has been successfully applied to the production, which improved the gauge control precision of the original mill.After the modification, the thickness standard deviation of silicon steel product by the Sendzimir mill has been controlled to less than 0.4μm from the original 1.7μm.At the same time,qualified rate of less than 5μm in thickness deviation has been increased to 99 %.Hence,this improved Sendzimir mill has remarkably enhanced the capability of manufacturing man-agement and quality management.
