研究了电镀锌板表面丝状斑迹缺陷的产生机理,采用扫描电镜及能谱分析对丝状斑迹缺陷形貌特征进行了观察和成分分析,对电镀锌机组工艺和电镀锌来料可能存在的主要影响因素进行了试验研究。研究发现,电镀锌板表面丝状斑迹缺陷处有大量的夹渣,夹渣成分主要为 O、Si、Ca、Al等元素,来自于热轧氧化铁皮的压入和炼钢夹渣。通过对热轧生产工艺进行优化和规范,基本上消除了丝状斑迹缺陷,提高了电镀锌产品质量。

The mechanism of the filamentous speck surface defect of the electrolytically galva-nized sheet was studied in this paper.The morphology features of the filamentous speck sur-face was observed and composition-analyzed by using the scanning electron microscopy (sem) and the energy spectrum analysis.The possible main influencing factors from the electrolytic-galvanizing line and the galvanizing process and the raw material used for the galvanzing were investaged and studied .The investaging results showed there were a lot of inclusions in the area where the filamentous speck surface defect occurred,the compositions of the inclusions were mainly consisted of O,Si,Ca,Al,which were mainly caused by the rolled-in scale from the hot rolling and the inclusions from the steelmaking.The filamentous speck surface defect was eliminated basically by optimizing and standardizing the hot rolling process,then the quali-ty of the electrolytically galvanized product was improved.
