为了考察铁矾土和萤石在转炉冶炼过程中对成渣的影响,在中试工厂50 kg真空感应炉上进行了12炉次的模拟冶炼试验。在冶炼过程中分别取渣样进行岩相观察和钢样成分分析,结果表明,在冶炼过程中,吨钢加入1.2 kg的萤石或铁矾土助熔剂时,二者的化渣效果基本相当;与铁矾土相比,萤石的化渣速度较快。在同等吹炼条件下,铁矾土与萤石通过助熔化渣而使渣的脱磷能力基本相当。

In order to study the effect of laterite and fluorite on the slag-making,1 2 heats of simulaion melting have been done by using 50 kg vacuum induction furnace in the trial plant. Samples of slag and steel have been taken and analyzed with their lithofacies property and chemical composition.The result indicated that laterite and fluorite presented the similar effect on the slag-making in condition of 1 .2 kg/t addition.However,fluorite showed out a faster effect on slag-making in a short time.In the same blowing condition,slag melting by laterite and fluorite showed out similar dephosphorization effect during the salg-making process.
