目的：我院门诊药房的调剂模式经过5年的实践、探索和应用，现将我院成熟的工作模式向各位同仁做详细介绍。方法从5年来门诊药房的处方量、处方金额及患者的用药透明度方面阐述该模式的优势。结果5年我院门诊药房的处方量、处方金额增加了，患者的满意度提高，差错发生率降为零。结论该工作模式与传统模式相比，可提高药学服务质量，减少或避免调剂差错，有利于医患沟通。
목적：아원문진약방적조제모식경과5년적실천、탐색화응용，현장아원성숙적공작모식향각위동인주상세개소。방법종5년래문진약방적처방량、처방금액급환자적용약투명도방면천술해모식적우세。결과5년아원문진약방적처방량、처방금액증가료，환자적만의도제고，차착발생솔강위령。결론해공작모식여전통모식상비，가제고약학복무질량，감소혹피면조제차착，유리우의환구통。
Objective Our hospital outpatient pharmacy dispensing mode after five years of practice,exploration and application,wil now work mode to mature in our col eagues to do detailed introduction.Methods From the prescriptions of outpatient pharmacy in five years,the amount of prescriptions and drugs in patients with transparency on the advantage of the model.Results Five years from the prescriptions of outpatient pharmacy,prescription amount increased,the patient's satisfaction,error rate to zero.Conclusion The working mode compared with the traditional model,to improve the quality of pharmaceutical care,reduce or avoid dispensing error,is advantageous to the doctor-patient communication.
