目的：探讨鸡蛋膜联合碘伏、红外线治疗压疮的临床疗效。方法将2008年4月~2014年4月来本院进行治疗的30例压疮患者随机分为观察组和对照组(各15例),观察组采用鸡蛋膜联合碘伏、红外线治疗法,2次/d；对照组采用碘伏、红外线治疗法,2次/d。比较两组的临床疗效。结果观察组采用鸡蛋膜联合碘伏、红外线疗法满意率为93.3﹪。对照组采用碘伏、红外线疗法满意率为60.0﹪。观察组的疗效优于对照组,治愈时间短于对照组,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论鸡蛋膜联合碘伏、红外线治疗压疮效果良好、取材方便、换药简单、无不良反应,具有临床实用价值,值得临床推广与应用。

Objective To investigate the clinical ef ect of egg membrane combined with Iodophor,infrared ray in the treatment of pressure sore.Methods In 2008 April~2014 April in this hospital for treatment of 30 cases of bedsore were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group (15 cases),the observation group was treated with egg membrane combined with Iodophor,infrared therapy,2 times/d;the control group using iodophor,infrared therapy,2/d.The clinical ef icacy of the two groups.Results The observation group was treated with egg membrane combined with Iodophor, infrared therapy satisfaction rate of 93.3%. The control group using iodophor, infrared therapy satisfaction rate of 60.0%. Curative effect is bet er than the observation group, control group, healing time is shorter than the control group, there was statistical y significant ( <0.05).Conclusion Egg membrane combined with Iodophor,infrared ray in the treatment of bedsore good ef ect,convenience,simple dressing,no adverse reaction,and has clinical practical value,is worth the clinical promotion and application.
