目的：总结小儿重症肺炎的临床护理要点。方法对小儿重症肺炎患儿40例临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果经积极治疗、细心、有效的护理,本组40例,除1例转院,1例家属放弃外,均痊愈出院。结论细心、有效的护理对重症肺炎的治疗起着重要的作用,既能减轻患儿病痛,减少并发症的发生,又缩短了患儿住院时间,提高了临床治愈率,适于临床推广与应用。
目的：總結小兒重癥肺炎的臨床護理要點。方法對小兒重癥肺炎患兒40例臨床資料進行迴顧性分析。結果經積極治療、細心、有效的護理,本組40例,除1例轉院,1例傢屬放棄外,均痊愈齣院。結論細心、有效的護理對重癥肺炎的治療起著重要的作用,既能減輕患兒病痛,減少併髮癥的髮生,又縮短瞭患兒住院時間,提高瞭臨床治愈率,適于臨床推廣與應用。
목적：총결소인중증폐염적림상호리요점。방법대소인중증폐염환인40례림상자료진행회고성분석。결과경적겁치료、세심、유효적호리,본조40례,제1례전원,1례가속방기외,균전유출원。결론세심、유효적호리대중증폐염적치료기착중요적작용,기능감경환인병통,감소병발증적발생,우축단료환인주원시간,제고료림상치유솔,괄우림상추엄여응용。
Objective To summarize the clinical nursing of children with severe pneumonia. Methods The clinical data of 40 cases of children with severe pneumonia in children were retrospectively analyzed. Results Nursing care of active treatment, careful, ef icient, this group of 40 cases, except 1 cases transferred, 1 cases of family members to give up, were cured and discharged. Conclusion Treatment and nursing care, ef ective on severe pneumonia plays an important role, not only can al eviate pain, reduce complications, and shorten the time of hospitalization, improve the clinical cure rate, which is suitable for clinicalpopularization and application.
