目的：杜绝神经外科的护理差错的发生，提高日常护理工作的质量，保护患者利益以及保障医护人员诊疗安全。方法通过分析神经外科在日常诊疗过程中护士的综合素质以及敏捷思维能力和积极敬业精神，通过在工作中细节存在的风险，针对性的防范与对策。结果对3年内全科对于差错防范讨论后，各种渠道调查我科的工作满意度为99%。结论护士良好的心理素质、丰富的工作经验、慎独的思维是预防差错发生的关键，加强护理人员综合能力培养可增强其诊疗风险防范意识。

Objective To prevent the occurrence of nursing errors in Department of Neurosurgery, improve the quality of daily nursing work, protect the interests of patients and medical staf and ensure safety. Methods Comprehensive quality through analysis department of neurosurgery in daily diagnosis and treatment process of nurses and agile thinking andpositive spirit of dedication, the risk of details in the work, aiming at theprevention and countermeasures. Results For three years, to prevent errors in discussion, various channels in our department job satisfaction was 99%. Conclusion Nurses' good psychological quality, rich work experience, the thinking is the key to prevent errors, enhance the comprehensive ability of nursing staf training can enhance the medicalrisk prevention consciousness.
