目的：探讨顶端旷置切开引流术在高位肛瘘治疗中的临床疗效。方法选取我院收治的83例高位肛瘘患者作为研究对象,其中38例行高位挂线引流术(对照组),45例行顶端旷置切开引流术(治疗组),对两组患者的疗效进行回顾性分析。结果两组患者的治疗总有效率、复发率比较无显著差异(>0.05)；对照组治疗后的最大收缩时间、肛管收缩压、肛管静息压均显著低于治疗组,<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论顶端旷置切开引流术治疗高位肛瘘具有显著疗效,值得推广应用。
목적：탐토정단광치절개인류술재고위항루치료중적림상료효。방법선취아원수치적83례고위항루환자작위연구대상,기중38례행고위괘선인류술(대조조),45례행정단광치절개인류술(치료조),대량조환자적료효진행회고성분석。결과량조환자적치료총유효솔、복발솔비교무현저차이(>0.05)；대조조치료후적최대수축시간、항관수축압、항관정식압균현저저우치료조,<0.05,차이구유통계학의의。결론정단광치절개인류술치료고위항루구유현저료효,치득추엄응용。
Objective To investigate the clinical ef icacy of the top exclusion incision and drainage in the treatment of high anal fistula.Methods 83 cases in our hospital high anal fistula patients as research subjects,of which 38 cases high thread drainage (control group),45 top exclusion routine incision and drainage (treatment group),for the two groups of patients retrospective analysis of ef icacy.Results:The total ef ective rate of the treatment of patients,no significant dif erence ( >0.05) the recurrence rate;maximum contraction time in the control group after treatment,anal systolic blood pressure,anal resting pressure were significantly lower than the treatment group( <0.05),the dif erence was statistical y significant.Conclusion Top exclusion high anal fistula incision and drainage treatment has a significant ef ect,and can bet er protect the anal function,mild postoperative reaction, quick recovery,should be widely applied.
