目的：观察吴茱萸加粗盐热敷神阙穴治疗老年人功能性便秘的临床疗效。方法采用吴茱萸加粗盐(各250g)混合加热后放于特制布袋中,然后以神阙穴为中心热熨,30min/次,1~2次/d。结果60例患者均采用门诊随访,其中35例达到治愈标准,1~2d排便1次；17例好转,排便间隔时间较前缩短,8例无效。结论吴茱萸联合粗盐热熨腹部可明显有效改善部分老年人便秘的症状,改善排便,为安全有效的方法之一。

목적：관찰오수유가조염열부신궐혈치료노년인공능성편비적림상료효。방법채용오수유가조염(각250g)혼합가열후방우특제포대중,연후이신궐혈위중심열의,30min/차,1~2차/d。결과60례환자균채용문진수방,기중35례체도치유표준,1~2d배편1차；17례호전,배편간격시간교전축단,8례무효。결론오수유연합조염열의복부가명현유효개선부분노년인편비적증상,개선배편,위안전유효적방법지일。
Objective To observe the ef ect of hot compress on umbilicus with evodiarutaecarpa and coarse salt on dealing with elderly functional constipation. Methods Evodiarutaecarpa and coarse salt( each 250g) heated to 70 degreeswere loaded into a cloth pocket, and hot compress on umbilicus, two times per day with 30min per time. Results 60 patients accepted the method, and 35 subjects were cure, 17 cases were ef ective with a shorter Defecation interval, and 8 of them is inaction. Conclusion The hot applicationsare is an effective and safe way to release the symptom of elderly functional constipation.
