目的:探讨糖尿病健康教育流程表的应用。方法选取2012年12月1日~2013年5月1日责护一组收治的80例患者作为对照组,责护二组收治的80例患者作为观察组。对照组采用常规健康教育方法,观察组采用健康教育流程表系统、连续、有计划地教育。结果与对照组比较,观察组健康教育效果明显好于对照组。结论糖尿病健康教育流程表的应用,有效避免了教育的重复、缺乏或不连续,有效地促进了患者行为改变,值得推广。

목적:탐토당뇨병건강교육류정표적응용。방법선취2012년12월1일~2013년5월1일책호일조수치적80례환자작위대조조,책호이조수치적80례환자작위관찰조。대조조채용상규건강교육방법,관찰조채용건강교육류정표계통、련속、유계화지교육。결과여대조조비교,관찰조건강교육효과명현호우대조조。결론당뇨병건강교육류정표적응용,유효피면료교육적중복、결핍혹불련속,유효지촉진료환자행위개변,치득추엄。
Objective To investigate the application of diabetic health education flow sheet. Methods 80 cases selected from December 1, 2012 to May 1, 2013 period responsibility nurses group patients were treated as control group, 80 cases of responsibility nurses two groups patients were treated as the observation group. The control group using conventional methods of health education, the observation group was treated with health education flow sheet system, continuous, there are plans to education. Results Compared with the control group, the observation group health education is obviously bet er than the control group. Conclusion The application of diabetes health education flow sheet, effectively avoids the repetition, lack of education or discontinuous, effectively promoted the changes in behavior, worthy of promotion.
