Cold exposure%Ginseng polysugar%Progesterone
目的:探讨不同冷强度多次低温暴露对大鼠卵巢功能的影响及人参多糖的调节作用。方法采用体外细胞培养法分离培养大鼠卵巢黄体、颗粒细胞,设人参多糖组和实验组,进行37、0、-10℃环境温度多次暴露,观察黄体与颗粒细胞分泌孕酮的变化,采用放免分析方法测定孕酮生成含量。结果0℃第1次低温暴露,基础孕酮生成量升高,第2次和第3次低温暴露均显著下降(P<0.05、P<0.01);-10℃第一次低温暴露,基础孕酮生成量下降,第2次和第3次低温暴露均显著下降(P<0.01)。人参多糖组增高和下降幅度明显减少,第2次和第3次0℃冷暴露后,基础孕酮生成量显著高于实验组(P<0.05、P<0.01)。结论低温暴露强度、次数对大鼠卵巢黄体细胞与颗粒细胞分泌孕酮功能有影响,人参多糖对其具有适应性调节作用。

Objective To discuss the rat ovary function in the multiple and dif erent cold exposure intension.and the accommodating ef ect of ginseng polysugar.Methods To establish the ginseng group and experiment group under the 37,4,0℃multiple cold exposure,and culturing and separateing luteal and granulose cells of rat ovary in vitro,to observe the progesterone content which was excreted by luteal and granulose cells by the human chorionic gonadotropin (hCG) induction.Results The base progesteronecontent increase under the first 0℃cold exposure,and the content decreases significantly under both second and third cold exposure( P<0.05, P<0.01).The progesterone content decreases under the first-10℃cold exposure and the progesterone content decreases significantly under both second and third cold exposureunder the both second and third -10℃cold exposure ( P<0.01). The progesterone content have a slight scale variance in the ginseng group than in the experiment group, and which increase significantly under both second and third 0℃cold exposure (P<0.05, P<0.01).Conclusion The progesterone content excreted by luteal and granulose cells are influenced by the intension and times of cold exposure,which also are accommodated by ginseng polysugar.
