目的:探讨改良后的临床教学模式在藏区“9+3”护理专业学生中的应用效果。方法将2011~2012年在泸州医学院附属成都三六三医院(以下简称“我院”)实习的9名藏区“9+3”护生作为对照组,将2012~2013年在我院实习的10名藏区“9+3”护生作为实验组,分别实施常规的师生“一带一”临床教学模式和改进后的教学模式。结果实验组学生的学习态度、知识技能、临床能力评分均高于对照组的学生,实验组学生对临床教学工作的满意度高于对照组学生,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论改进后的临床教学模式能更好地提高藏区“9+3”学生的临床综合能力。

목적:탐토개량후적림상교학모식재장구“9+3”호리전업학생중적응용효과。방법장2011~2012년재로주의학원부속성도삼륙삼의원(이하간칭“아원”)실습적9명장구“9+3”호생작위대조조,장2012~2013년재아원실습적10명장구“9+3”호생작위실험조,분별실시상규적사생“일대일”림상교학모식화개진후적교학모식。결과실험조학생적학습태도、지식기능、림상능력평분균고우대조조적학생,실험조학생대림상교학공작적만의도고우대조조학생,차이균유통계학의의(P<0.05혹P<0.01)。결론개진후적림상교학모식능경호지제고장구“9+3”학생적림상종합능력。
Objective To discuss the application effects of improved clinical teaching mode on Tibetan “9 +3” nursing students. Methods 9 Tibetan “9+3”nursing students from 2011 to 2012 year studied in the 363 Affiliated Hospital of Luzhou Medical College in Chengdu ("our hospital"for short) were selected as control group and 10 cases from 2012 to 2013 year in our hospital as experimental group. The experimental group was adopted improved clinical teaching mode and the control group was used traditional one-to-one instruction teaching method. Results The marks of learning attitude, knowledge skills and clinic ability in the experiment group were all higher than those of control group, clinical teaching satisfaction scores of experimental group were also higher than that in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P< 0.05 or P < 0.01). Conclusion The improved clinical teaching mode can better increase comprehensive quality of Tibetan“9+3”nursing students.
