目的：应用中药熏洗配合功能锻炼治疗三踝骨折外固定术后患者，探讨其在骨折康复中的作用。方法选取望京医院2008年12月~2011年1月应用外固定器治疗三踝骨折患者44例，采用完全随机设计分为试验组和对照组，各22例。试验组术后予以功能锻炼配合中药熏洗，对照组则为单纯功能锻炼。应用SPSS 18.0软件处理数据，采用秩和检验进行统计分析，对比观察两组患者的美国足踝外科协会(AOFAS)评分，以探讨各组患者的康复效果。结果通过对患者定期随访，术后半年AOFAS评分试验组优良率为90.91%，对照组为81.82%；术后1年AOFAS评分试验组优良率为95.45%，对照组为90.91%。结论中药熏洗配合及时有效的功能锻炼能有效改善骨折术后的局部疼痛，有利于肿胀的消退，对患肢功能的恢复有明显的促进作用。
목적：응용중약훈세배합공능단련치료삼과골절외고정술후환자，탐토기재골절강복중적작용。방법선취망경의원2008년12월~2011년1월응용외고정기치료삼과골절환자44례，채용완전수궤설계분위시험조화대조조，각22례。시험조술후여이공능단련배합중약훈세，대조조칙위단순공능단련。응용SPSS 18.0연건처리수거，채용질화검험진행통계분석，대비관찰량조환자적미국족과외과협회(AOFAS)평분，이탐토각조환자적강복효과。결과통과대환자정기수방，술후반년AOFAS평분시험조우량솔위90.91%，대조조위81.82%；술후1년AOFAS평분시험조우량솔위95.45%，대조조위90.91%。결론중약훈세배합급시유효적공능단련능유효개선골절술후적국부동통，유리우종창적소퇴，대환지공능적회복유명현적촉진작용。
Objective To investigate the postoperative rehabilitation effect of TCM fumigation cooperated with function-al exercise by applying traditional Chinese medicine fumigation cooperated with functional exercise to treat the tri-malleolar fracture that had treated by external fixator operation. Methods 44 cases of patients with trimalleolar fracture treated with external fixator admitted to Wangjing Hospital of China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences from De-cember 2008 to January 2011 were chosen and divided into experimental group and control group by completely ran-dom design, with 22 patients in each group. Experimental group was treated with functional exercise with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation after operation, control group was given purely functional exercise. SPSS 18.0 software was used to process the data, the data was analyzed by rank sum test and AOFAS scores of the two groups were com-pared, so as to explore the rehabilitation effect of all groups. Results Through regular follow-up for patients, at postop-erative half year, the good rate of AOFAS score of experimental group was 90.91%, and 81.82% in the control group;at postoperative 1 year, the good rate of AOFAS score of experimental group was 95.45%, and 90.91% in the control group. Conclusion TCM fumigation cooperated with functional exercise can effectively improve local pain after the ex-ternal operation of trimalleolar fracture and it is advantageous to the swelling subside. Thus, it can promote the recov-ery of limb function.
