目的:探讨双向电泳蛋白质组技术在残胃癌组织研究中的应用效果。方法选取3对残胃癌及癌旁正常胃黏膜组织,利用双向电泳蛋白质组技术对其进行研究。结果获得了质量良好的胃癌组织蛋白质组双向电泳图谱。分析之后可得,癌旁组织平均984个蛋白点,残胃癌组织凝胶平均1068个蛋白点。一共有112个差异表达的蛋白点,其中,显著差异(表达差异2倍以上)的蛋白点42个。在这42个蛋白点之中,在残胃癌组织里表达上调的一共有17个点;在残胃癌组织里表达下调的一共有14个点;在残胃癌组织中失表达的一共有8个点;仅在残胃癌组织中表达的一共有3个点。结论利用双向电泳蛋白质组技术对残胃癌组织进行研究可以获得良好的应用效果。
目的:探討雙嚮電泳蛋白質組技術在殘胃癌組織研究中的應用效果。方法選取3對殘胃癌及癌徬正常胃黏膜組織,利用雙嚮電泳蛋白質組技術對其進行研究。結果穫得瞭質量良好的胃癌組織蛋白質組雙嚮電泳圖譜。分析之後可得,癌徬組織平均984箇蛋白點,殘胃癌組織凝膠平均1068箇蛋白點。一共有112箇差異錶達的蛋白點,其中,顯著差異(錶達差異2倍以上)的蛋白點42箇。在這42箇蛋白點之中,在殘胃癌組織裏錶達上調的一共有17箇點;在殘胃癌組織裏錶達下調的一共有14箇點;在殘胃癌組織中失錶達的一共有8箇點;僅在殘胃癌組織中錶達的一共有3箇點。結論利用雙嚮電泳蛋白質組技術對殘胃癌組織進行研究可以穫得良好的應用效果。
목적:탐토쌍향전영단백질조기술재잔위암조직연구중적응용효과。방법선취3대잔위암급암방정상위점막조직,이용쌍향전영단백질조기술대기진행연구。결과획득료질량량호적위암조직단백질조쌍향전영도보。분석지후가득,암방조직평균984개단백점,잔위암조직응효평균1068개단백점。일공유112개차이표체적단백점,기중,현저차이(표체차이2배이상)적단백점42개。재저42개단백점지중,재잔위암조직리표체상조적일공유17개점;재잔위암조직리표체하조적일공유14개점;재잔위암조직중실표체적일공유8개점;부재잔위암조직중표체적일공유3개점。결론이용쌍향전영단백질조기술대잔위암조직진행연구가이획득량호적응용효과。
Objective To explore the application effect of two dimensional electrophoresis proteomics techniques in the study of residual gastric cancer tissue. Methods 3 pairs of residual gastric cancer and adjacent normal gastric mucosa tissues were selected, and were studied by two-dimensional electrophoresis technology in proteomics. Results Gastric tissue of two-dimensional gel electrophoresis profiles of good quality was obtained. The average of protein spots of ad-jacent mucosa were 984, the residual gastric cancer tissue were 1068 after the analysis of available. There were 112 protein spots differentially expressed in total, and 42 protein spots were significantly different (expressed more than 2 times). There were 17 protein spots in total raised in gastric cancer tissue; 14 protein spots in total cutted; 8 protein spots in total loss of expression; and 3 protein spots in total expressed only in the residual gastric cancer tissue among 42 protein spots. Conclusion Application of two-dimensional electrophoresis technology for residual gastric cancer tis-sue study can obtain good effect.
