随着医学的不断进步，药品种类的不断增多，药物联合应用也越来越普遍。若两药及以上联用合理，则疗效增加；反之，则会引起严重的不良反应，甚至危及生命。该文针对临床药师工作中发现的一些不合理联合用药案例分析，为临床用药提供参考，尽量减少不合理联合用药，提高合理用药水平。

With the continuous advances in medicine, the increasing variety of drugs, drug combination is also increasingly common. If more than two drugs combined with reasonable and, increase ef icacy; contrary, it wil cause serious adverse reactions, even life-threatening. In this paper, some of the irrational drug combination found in the case of clinical pharmacists work analysis, to provide a reference for clinical use, minimizing irrational combination therapy, to improve the level of rational drug use.
