目的：探讨与泌尿外科合作进行输尿管成形术的方法及疗效。方法硬膜外麻醉，膀胱镜及DSA监视下，行顺行或逆行输尿管狭窄的球囊扩张及双J输尿管支架置入。结果2例输尿管成形术均一次完成，无感染，效果良好。结论介入科与泌尿外科合作，进行输尿管成形术操作简单，能够有效降低手术过程中风险，创伤小，效果良好。
목적：탐토여비뇨외과합작진행수뇨관성형술적방법급료효。방법경막외마취，방광경급DSA감시하，행순행혹역행수뇨관협착적구낭확장급쌍J수뇨관지가치입。결과2례수뇨관성형술균일차완성，무감염，효과량호。결론개입과여비뇨외과합작，진행수뇨관성형술조작간단，능구유효강저수술과정중풍험，창상소，효과량호。
Objective To investigate the Department of Urology and cooperation of ureteroplasty method and the curative effect. Methods Epidural anesthesia, cystoscopy and DSA monitor,for antegrade or retrograde ureteral stenosis by bal oon dilatation and double Jureteral stent placement. Results 2 cases of ureteroplasty were completed, no infection,good results. Conclusion Interventional radiology department and Department of Urology of ureteroplasty cooperation, simple operation, can effectively reduce the risk in the process of operation, less trauma, good ef ect.
