目的：探讨连蛭保肾汤联合卡托普利治疗高血压病早期肾损害的临床效果及价值。方法选取2011年7月~2014年3月,在我院接受治疗的高血压病早期肾损害患者117例,根据患者具体情况分为观察组(卡托普利治疗)65例和对照组(连蛭保肾汤联合卡托普利治疗)52例,观察并比较两组患者的24h尿总蛋白定量、β2-MG、尿mALB均值。结果两组患者治疗前24h尿总蛋白定量、β2-MG、尿mALB均值无明显差异；治疗后两组患者24h尿总蛋白定量、β2-MG、尿mALB均值均明显下降,下降幅度观察组明显高于对照组,P<0.05,有统计学意义；两组患者均无严重不良反应事件发生。结论连蛭保肾汤联合卡托普利治疗高血压病早期肾损害疗效显著,具有临床应用价值。
목적：탐토련질보신탕연합잡탁보리치료고혈압병조기신손해적림상효과급개치。방법선취2011년7월~2014년3월,재아원접수치료적고혈압병조기신손해환자117례,근거환자구체정황분위관찰조(잡탁보리치료)65례화대조조(련질보신탕연합잡탁보리치료)52례,관찰병비교량조환자적24h뇨총단백정량、β2-MG、뇨mALB균치。결과량조환자치료전24h뇨총단백정량、β2-MG、뇨mALB균치무명현차이；치료후량조환자24h뇨총단백정량、β2-MG、뇨mALB균치균명현하강,하강폭도관찰조명현고우대조조,P<0.05,유통계학의의；량조환자균무엄중불량반응사건발생。결론련질보신탕연합잡탁보리치료고혈압병조기신손해료효현저,구유림상응용개치。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect and value of even for protecting kidney Combined with captopril in treatment of renal damage in early stage of hypertension.Methods From 2011 July 2014 March treated in our hospital in early renal damage of hypertension patients with 117 cases,according to the specific situation of patients were divided into observation group (captopril) in 65 cases and the control group (even for protecting kidney Combined with captopril in treatment 52 cases),was observed and 24 hour urinary total protein quantitative,comparison of two patients with a β2-MG,urine mALB value. Results The two groups of patients before treatment and 24 hour urinary protein quantitative,β2-MG,urine mALB mean no significant dif erence between the two groups after treatment;24 hour urinary protein quantitative,β2-MG,urine mALB value decreased significantly,decreased the observation group was significantly higher than that in control group, P<0.05,control significance; the patients in two groups were no serious adverse events.Conclusion Even for protecting kidney Combined with captopril in treatment of renal damage in early stage of hypertension with obvious curative ef ect,low incidence of adverse reactions,has the value of clinical application.
