目的：探讨残余胆囊的病因、诊断及治疗方法。方法对21例残余胆囊患者的诊断、治疗以及治疗结果进行分析。结果21例残余胆囊切除术患者均痊愈。结论腹腔镜胆囊切除术应选择恰当的手术时机，严格按规程操作避免遗留残余胆囊。残余胆囊手术应明确解剖，彻底切除残余胆囊，同时注意合并胆总管结石的处理。
목적：탐토잔여담낭적병인、진단급치료방법。방법대21례잔여담낭환자적진단、치료이급치료결과진행분석。결과21례잔여담낭절제술환자균전유。결론복강경담낭절제술응선택흡당적수술시궤，엄격안규정조작피면유류잔여담낭。잔여담낭수술응명학해부，철저절제잔여담낭，동시주의합병담총관결석적처리。
Objective To investigate the etiology, diagnosis and treatment of residual gallbladder. Methods 21 cases of residual gal bladder disease diagnosis, treatment and outcome were analyzed. Results 21 cases of residual cholecystectomy patients were cured. Conclusion We should choose the appropriate operation time of laparoscopic cholecystectomy, strictly according to operating procedures to avoid residual gal bladder. Residual gallbladder operation should be clear anatomy, thorough resection of residual gal bladder, at the same time pay attention to deal with common bile duct stones.
