目的：探讨护理风险管理在耳鼻喉内镜室的应用。方法分析和确定耳鼻喉内镜检查、治疗中的风险因素；评价在实施护理风险管理前后风险指数对比。结果在实施护理风险管理后，内镜检查、治疗中的风险因素指数均显著低于护理风险管理实施前。结论建立和落实护理风险管理，可以预防和减少风险事件的发生，提高内镜检查、治疗质量。

목적：탐토호리풍험관리재이비후내경실적응용。방법분석화학정이비후내경검사、치료중적풍험인소；평개재실시호리풍험관리전후풍험지수대비。결과재실시호리풍험관리후，내경검사、치료중적풍험인소지수균현저저우호리풍험관리실시전。결론건립화락실호리풍험관리，가이예방화감소풍험사건적발생，제고내경검사、치료질량。
Objective To investigate the nursing risk management in the using of the Ent endoscopy examination room. Methods Analysis and define the risk factors of Ent endoscopy examination and treatment;To evaluate the risk points back and forth contrast of put into force the nursing risk management. Results After put into force the nursing risk management,the examination and treatment of Ent endoscopy examination factors and points remarkable lowerto before the nursing risk management. Conclusion To set up and practice the nursing risks management ,prevent and reduce the event of risk happened ,to increase the examination of Ent endoscopy examination and the quality of treatment.
