目的:了解永州市零陵区婚前和育龄妇女孕前医学检查忕况。方法对永州市零陵区2012年8月~2013年8月10110例婚前和育龄妇女孕前医学检查中指定传染病检测结果进行统计分析。结果10110例检测对象中乙肝标志物阳性率41.72%,其中抗-HBs阳性30.82%;HBsAg+、抗-HBe+、抗-HBc+这4.39%;HBsAg+、抗-HBc+、HBeAg+为2.78%;HBsAg+、抗-HBc+为2.27%;抗-HBe+、抗-HBc+为0.82%:HBsAg+、HBeAg+为0.4%;梅毒检测阳性0.84%;人类免疫陷病毒抗体筛查阳性0.059%。结论加强宣传教育,提高检测率,降低出生缺陷

Objective To investigate the specified infectious diseases detected in pre-marital and premenopausal Women in Lingling County Yongzhou City.Methods Descriptive statistic methods were used to analyze the data of the specified infectious diseases detected in 10110 pre-marital and premenopausal Women in Lingling County Yongzhou City from August 2012 to August 2013.Results In 10110 individuals,the prevalence rates of syphilis,Human immune virus (HIV) infections were 0.84%and 0.059%,respectively.The total positive rates of Hepatitis B markers were 41.72%.Among them,the single positive of HBsAb was 30.82 %, both positive of HBsAg and HBcAb 2.27%, HBeAb and HBcAb 0.82%, HBsAg and HBeAg 0.4%,the same positive of HBsAg、HBeAb and HBcAb 4.39%;HBsAg、HBcAb and HBeAg 2.78%. Conclusion Our results bear the potential for strengthened public education and improved detection of specified infectious diseases that may reduce the birth defects of newborns.
