目的：探索内分泌科的临床教学与培训。方法开展以案例教学法结合PBL应用于内分泌科临床教学。①教师选择当前病区中的住院患者,陈述其存在的主要问题；②请床位医生查阅文献获得更多的知识信息；③床位医生准备PPT,向本组医生介绍获得的新知识及新信息,并进一步应用这些新知识解释并解决原案例的问题；④教师对该案例进行分析与总结。结果成功实施了案例结合PBL的教学过程,有助于培养医师在临床诊疗工作后不断学习的意识,建立完善的临床诊疗思维。结论以案例教学法结合PBL教学方法激发临床医生学习的主观能动性,是值得推荐的新型医学教育格局下内分泌临床教学模式。

Objective To investigate the ef ects of clinical teaching and training in the department of endocrinology.Methods Apply the case teaching methods combined with PBL application in the clinical teaching of Endocrinology.①Teachers chose the clinical case in the ward and list the main question.②Students prepare the slides to introduce the new knowledge,and apply the new knowledge to explain and solve the problem of the original case. ③Teachers introduced resources available for more. ④After extra-curricular learning,teachers organized the students to present the new knowledge.Results PBL case teaching was successful y conducted.Conclusion PBL may stimulate the initiative of students.It should be recommended.
