目的：分析临床药师干预临床合理用药的效果。方法对我院开展临床药师干预临床合理用药前后的数据进行对比分析。结果与干预前相比，无论是抗菌药物的使用时间还是抗菌药物的应用种类均有所降低，(P<0.05)具有显著差异，具备统计学意义。结论临床药师干预临床合理用药，使其临床用药更加安全、有效，在医院中值得推广、持续开展。

목적：분석림상약사간예림상합리용약적효과。방법대아원개전림상약사간예림상합리용약전후적수거진행대비분석。결과여간예전상비，무론시항균약물적사용시간환시항균약물적응용충류균유소강저，(P<0.05)구유현저차이，구비통계학의의。결론림상약사간예림상합리용약，사기림상용약경가안전、유효，재의원중치득추엄、지속개전。
Objective To analyze the clinical pharmacist intervention for clinical rational use of drug ef ect. Methods Comparative analysis before and after the intervention of rational drug use in the clinic data of clinical pharmacists in our hospital. Results Compared with before intervention, both has the application of antibiotics usage time or antibiotic decreased ( <0.05), with significant dif erences, with statistical significance. Conclusion Clinical pharmacist intervention clinical reasonable medication, the medication more safe and ef ective, worthy of promotion, in the hospital sustainable development.
