目的：探讨优质护理干预在老年股骨颈骨折中的应用效果。方法选取本院2012年4月-2013年8月96例老年股骨颈骨折患者作为研究对象，将其随机分为观察组和对照组，每组48例。对观察组患者实施优质护理，对照组采取常规护理，观察并比较两组患者治疗相关时间以及并发症的发生情况。结果观察组患者下床活动时间以及平均住院时间均短于对照组，并发症发生率低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（ P<0.05）。结论优质护理干预有效改善了老年股骨颈骨折患者并发症的发生情况，对促进患者康复具有重要意义。
목적：탐토우질호리간예재노년고골경골절중적응용효과。방법선취본원2012년4월-2013년8월96례노년고골경골절환자작위연구대상，장기수궤분위관찰조화대조조，매조48례。대관찰조환자실시우질호리，대조조채취상규호리，관찰병비교량조환자치료상관시간이급병발증적발생정황。결과관찰조환자하상활동시간이급평균주원시간균단우대조조，병발증발생솔저우대조조，차이균유통계학의의（ P<0.05）。결론우질호리간예유효개선료노년고골경골절환자병발증적발생정황，대촉진환자강복구유중요의의。
Objective Tostudytheeffectofqualitynursinginterventiononelderlypatientswithfemoralneckfrac-ture.Methods 96patientswithfemoralneckfractureinourhespitalfromApr.2012toAug.2013,whichwererandomlydivid-ed into observation group and control group,48 cases in each group. Patients in control group were treated with routine nursing, and the observation group were treated with quality nursing intervention,the relevant time of treatment and complication of two groupswerecompared.Results Themovementtimeandtheaveragehospitalizationtimeofobservationgroupwerelessthan control group,the incidence of complications in observation group was lower than control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Qualitynursinginterventioniseffectivetoimprovethetreatmenteffectfortheelderlypa-tients with femoral neck fracture. It can reduce the incidence of complications and worth to extend in clinic.
