行政决定可接受性成为当下行政执法过程中不论对行政主体抑或相对人皆影响重大之理念，囿于当前对其关注较少，引致相对人不接受行政决定，阻碍了对层出的行政执法案件的处理进程。基于实践需求产生的影响，通过对正义重在以人们可接受的方式实现的论述，以制度环境与主体关注出发对制约行政决定可接受性的因子进行分析，明确对行政决定可接受性评价与衡量之兼顾法律标准与心理标准的方法，进而多角度论证提高行政决定可接受性的践行措施，以期益于现代行政制度中行政主体与相对人之良性交互。
