目的：探讨空气灌肠整复小儿肠套叠的临床价值。方法对河南省周口市中医院83例空气灌肠整复小儿肠套叠进行回顾性分析。结果83例肠套叠患儿，经空气灌肠复位77例，成功率92.7%，整复失败6例。结论小儿肠套叠空气灌肠治疗的选择及复位成功率的高低，关键在于早期诊断，套叠时间越短，肠坏死几率越低，整复成功率越高。空气灌肠整复小儿肠套叠具有操作方便，安全性高，创伤小，成功率高等优点，避免了一系列手术治疗并发症。

목적：탐토공기관장정복소인장투첩적림상개치。방법대하남성주구시중의원83례공기관장정복소인장투첩진행회고성분석。결과83례장투첩환인，경공기관장복위77례，성공솔92.7%，정복실패6례。결론소인장투첩공기관장치료적선택급복위성공솔적고저，관건재우조기진단，투첩시간월단，장배사궤솔월저，정복성공솔월고。공기관장정복소인장투첩구유조작방편，안전성고，창상소，성공솔고등우점，피면료일계렬수술치료병발증。
Objective To investigate the clinical value of air enema reduction of intussusception in children.Methods In 83 cases of air enema reduction of intussusception in children were retrospectively analyzed.Results 83 cases of intussusception in children,the air enema reduction in 77 cases, the success rate of 92.7%, 6 cases of failure repair.Conclusion Air enema reduction of intussusception in children and treatment success rate, the key is early diagnosis, intussusception the shorter the time,the lower the chance of intestinal necrosis, reduction success rate is higher.Air enema reduction of intussusception in children has the advantages of convenient operation, high safety, small trauma, the success rate is high, To avoid a series of operation treatment of complications.
