当前在临床治疗中，妊娠期高血压并发症的发生率比较高，且容易引起胎盘早剥、肾功能衰竭、DIC、妊娠期高血压疾病性心脏病、产后大出血等并发症发生。本文主要针对妊娠期高血压并发症的发生规律及临床诊疗方法进行分析，选取了广东省茂名市茂南区新坡卫生院收治的175例妊娠期高血压疾病患者作为研究对象，采用回顾性的方式分析患者的临床资料，总结妊娠期高血压并发症的发生规律及临床诊疗方法。参与本次调查研究的妊娠妇女3200例中，有175例发生妊娠期高血压疾病，妊娠期高血压疾病的发生率为5.47%，轻度子痫前期71.43%（125/175），重度子痫前期28.57%（50/175）。主要的并发症包括胎盘早剥4例；肾功能衰竭3例；弥散性血管内凝血（DIC）3例；妊娠期高血压疾病性心脏病3例；产后大出血3例；给予患者进行对症治疗后症状得到改善。
噹前在臨床治療中，妊娠期高血壓併髮癥的髮生率比較高，且容易引起胎盤早剝、腎功能衰竭、DIC、妊娠期高血壓疾病性心髒病、產後大齣血等併髮癥髮生。本文主要針對妊娠期高血壓併髮癥的髮生規律及臨床診療方法進行分析，選取瞭廣東省茂名市茂南區新坡衛生院收治的175例妊娠期高血壓疾病患者作為研究對象，採用迴顧性的方式分析患者的臨床資料，總結妊娠期高血壓併髮癥的髮生規律及臨床診療方法。參與本次調查研究的妊娠婦女3200例中，有175例髮生妊娠期高血壓疾病，妊娠期高血壓疾病的髮生率為5.47%，輕度子癇前期71.43%（125/175），重度子癇前期28.57%（50/175）。主要的併髮癥包括胎盤早剝4例；腎功能衰竭3例；瀰散性血管內凝血（DIC）3例；妊娠期高血壓疾病性心髒病3例；產後大齣血3例；給予患者進行對癥治療後癥狀得到改善。

This paper is aimed at law of gestational hypertension complications and clinical diagnosis and treatment methods were analyzed, and selected the shigeru maoming city of guangdong province in the southern district of new slope at the records of 175 patients with gestational hypertension disease hospitals as the research object, with the method of retrospective analysis the clinical data of patients, summarizes the law of gestational hypertension complications and clinical diagnosis and treatment methods. Participate in the investigation and study to 3200 cases of pregnant women, 175 cases of gestational hypertension disease, the incidence of gestational hypertension disease was 5.47%, mild preeclampsia 71.43% (125/175), 28.57% (50/175) of severe preeclampsia.
