舒芬太尼具有较稳定的血流动力学特性而广泛用于临床麻醉,全身麻醉诱导时舒芬太尼所诱发的呛咳反应同时亦受到麻醉医师的关注。现就舒芬太尼诱发呛咳的机制、抑制舒芬太尼引发呛咳的因素作一综述,以利于全身麻醉诱导时患者的平稳及安全。
舒芬太尼具有較穩定的血流動力學特性而廣汎用于臨床痳醉,全身痳醉誘導時舒芬太尼所誘髮的嗆咳反應同時亦受到痳醉醫師的關註。現就舒芬太尼誘髮嗆咳的機製、抑製舒芬太尼引髮嗆咳的因素作一綜述,以利于全身痳醉誘導時患者的平穩及安全。

Sufentanil is widely used in clinical anesthesia because of its stable hemodynamic effects . Simultaneously, sufentanil induced cough during the induction of general anesthesia becomes anesthesiologists’ concern. Summarizing sufentanil induced cough from the mechanism and influencing factors of inhibiting sufentanil induced cough in order to reduce the incidence of adverse events and enhance safety of high-risk patients during the induction of anesthesia.
