目的调查武警某机动部队体型体能的差异性,为部队卫生健康和科学训练提供理论依据。方法对某武警机动部队南、北方籍战士身体形态、体质和体能情况进行测查分析。结果(1)北方籍战士身高(171.08±5.56)cm、体质量(65.72±6.58)kg、腰围(75.11±4.85)cm、臀围(92.83±3.94) cm、腰臀围比值(0.81±0.04),南方籍战士身高(169.67±5.01)cm、体质量(63.94±3.82)kg、腰围(72.75±2.56)cm、臀围(92.91±3.52)cm、腰臀围比值(0.78±0.03)。北方籍战士身高、体质量、腰围、腰臀围比值均大于南方籍战士,且均具有显著性差异(P<0.05)(。2)南方籍战士右手握力(42.91±4.81)kg、背肌力(121.90±12.16)kg、判断移动反应时(30.30±3.88)s、台阶指数(103.32±8.97),北方籍战士右手握力(46.16±5.71)kg、背肌力(127.91±17.67)kg、判断移动反应时(30.08±3.89)s、台阶指数(99.88±6.89)。南方籍战士台阶指数大于北方籍战士,且具有显著性差异(P<0.05)。北方籍战士右手握力和背肌力均大于南方籍战士,且均具有显著性差异(P<0.05)(。3)南方籍战士5 km跑(1333.46±82.69)s、百米跑(14.41±0.60)s、引体向上(9.87±2.84)个、立定跳远(2.18±0.23)m、俯卧撑(53.85±8.54)次/min,北方籍战士5 km跑(1357.35±81.21)s、百米跑(14.47±0.88)s、引体向上(9.36±3.33)个、立定跳远(2.27±0.20)m、俯卧撑(54.89±12.44)次/min。5 km跑南方籍战士好于北方籍战士,具有显著性差异(P<0.05)。立定跳远北方籍战士较南方籍战士优秀,且具有显著性差异(P<0.05)。台阶指数与5km跑相关系数r=-0.682,二者呈负相关。结论该武警机动部队北方籍战士体型属于高大型,南方籍战士属于矮小型。北方籍战士力量优于南方籍,南方籍战士耐力优于北方籍。提示南方籍战士应加强力量训练,北方籍战士应加强耐力训练。

Objective To investigate the different somatotype and physicalfitness levels in Chinese people's armed tactical unit, as to provide the theoretical basis of unit health care and scientific training systems for armed forces.Methods To measure and analyse the body shape, physique and physicalfitness of Chinese people's armed tactical unit.Results(1)For the northern soldiers, the height was(171.08±5.56)cm, weight was (65.72±6.58)kg, waist circumference was(75.11±4.85)cm, hip circumference was(92.83±3.94)cm, WHR was(0.81±0.04);And those for the southern soldiers were(169.67±5.01)cm,(63.94±3.82)kg,(72.75±2.56)cm,(92.91±3.52)cm,(0.78±0.03). The height, weight, waist circumference and waist hip ratio of the soldiers of the north were greater than the southern, and they had significant differences (P<0.05). (2) For the southern soldiers,the right hand grip strength was(42.91±4.81)kg, the strength of back muscles was(121.90±12.16)kg, the time of judgement and locomotivity response was(30.30±3.88)s, the step index was(103.32±8.97); And those for the northern soldiers were(46.16±5.71)kg,(127.91±17.67)kg, (30.08±3.89)s,(99.88±6.89). The step index of the soldiers of north was greater than the northern, and it had significant difference (P<0.05). The right hand grip strength and the strength of back muscles in soldiers of the south were greater than the northern, and they had significant differences (P<0.05). (3)For the southern soldiers, the 5 km run was(1333.46±82.69)s, the 100 m run was(14.41±0.60)s, the pull-up was(9.87±2.84), the standing long jump was(2.18±0.23)m, the push-up was(53.85±8.54)/min; And those for the northern soldiers were(1357.35±81.21)s,(14.47±0.88) s,(9.36±3.33),(2.27±0.20)m,(54.89±12.44)/min. The 5 km run of the soldiers of south was better than the northern, and it had significant difference (P<0.05). Standing long jump of the soldiers of the north was greater than the southern, and it had significant difference (P<0.05). Step index with 5 km run correlation coefficientr = -0.682, which showed a negative correlation.Conclusion For this armed police tactical unit, the somatotype of the soldiers of the north was high and large, the soldiers of the northern was short and small. The physical strength of the northern soldiers was superior than the southern. The endurance of southern soldiers was superior than the northern. The southern soldiers should strengthen the strength training, and the northern soldiers should strengthen the endurance training.
