催化裂化装置油浆泵热备用过程中,由于油浆固体质量浓度偏高,常造成管线堵塞、磨损等问题。根据玉门油田分公司炼油厂催化裂化装置油浆泵的使用现状,分析了此泵不能备用的原因,从工艺和结构方面提出了热备用方案,目前油浆泵备用良好。

In catalytic cracking unit of petrochemical Factory of Yumen Oilfield ,the spare oil thick liquid pump was not used to work as well as it does now ,because the high solid content in oil slurry made the pump and associated pipelines blocked or worn .The situation and reasons for the failure of the spare pump were analyzed ,accordingly technical transformations were made in the preheating system ,finally the oil thick liquid pump in hot standby mood works well .
