针对某高温低压气体冷却器换热管与管板深孔对接焊接且管板很薄导致制造难度大的情况，通过3种不同接头结构和相应的焊接方法进行焊接试验，确定了适宜的焊接方法和工艺参数，将其用于产品焊接，取得了理想的效果。

The high-temperature low-pressure gas cooler heat exchange tube and the tube plate and the tube plate hole butt welding of thin lead to difficult manufacturing ,welding trials were carried out with 3 different joint structure and welding method of corresponding ,the suitable welding method and process parameters ,the welding products were determined ,the ideal effect has been obtained .
