基于有限元软件ANSYS ,建立双鞍式支座卧式容器有限元模型,计算了不同鞍式支座包角和宽度条件下鞍式支座附近的筒体应力,得出了不同鞍式支座包角和宽度下筒体应力分布的变化曲线和规律,结果可为双鞍式支座卧式容器支座的选择提供参考。
基于有限元軟件ANSYS ,建立雙鞍式支座臥式容器有限元模型,計算瞭不同鞍式支座包角和寬度條件下鞍式支座附近的筒體應力,得齣瞭不同鞍式支座包角和寬度下筒體應力分佈的變化麯線和規律,結果可為雙鞍式支座臥式容器支座的選擇提供參攷。

Based on the software ANSYS ,the finite element model of horizontal vessel double saddles was built .The different conditions ,the saddle angle and width of the cylinder near the saddle stress were calculated and obtained under different angle of the saddle ,and the width of the cylinder change curve and the law of stress distribution ,for double bearing horizontal vessel as reference for the selection of the saddle .
