目的 观察针药结合治疗失眠的临床疗效.方法 将90例失眠患者随机分为两组,治疗组45例辩证应用针灸和中药治疗,对照组45例应用舒乐安定和谷维素治疗,疗程为4周.结果 治疗组临床治愈率(28.89％)、总有效率(93.33％)均明显高于对照组(17.78％、48.89％),两组间疗效比较,差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 针药结合治疗失眠效果确切.

목적 관찰침약결합치료실면적림상료효.방법 장90례실면환자수궤분위량조,치료조45례변증응용침구화중약치료,대조조45례응용서악안정화곡유소치료,료정위4주.결과 치료조림상치유솔(28.89％)、총유효솔(93.33％)균명현고우대조조(17.78％、48.89％),량조간료효비교,차이구유통계학의의(P＜0.05).결론 침약결합치료실면효과학절.
Objective To observe the efficacy of combination therapy with acupuncture and Chinese medicine for 45 patients with insomnia.Methods A total of 90 patients were randomly divided into a study group and a control group.The study group received acupuncture and Chinese medicine,while the control group were treated with estazolam and oryzanol.4-week was confined as a treatment course.Results The cure rate was 28.89％ and the total effectiveness rate was 93.33％ in the study group,which were higher than those in the control group(17.78％,48.89％),and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).Conclusions Combination therapy with acupuncture and Chinese medicine is efficacious in the treatment of insomnia.
